I haven't really seen too many sitcoms as of late, but I haven't seen a sitcom where every character gets a huge pop from the audience from their appearance.  I think "Unhappily Ever After" also did (which, of course, essentially was just MWC 2) , but I'm waiting for offical DVD's of the show to come out (The ones I have found look bootleg).

Meanwhile, you can catch "Married...with Children" early as balls on TBS.  They show about 3 episodes week nightly around 4:00 A.M. - 6:00 A.M. Central Time
