New Computer, New Look, and New Outlook!!
So, months...MONTHS later, I finally just buckled down and decided I'll just get the computer that I have been trying to get for months. It was kind of a downgrade from what I wanted, but it's a billion times better than my netbook! It was a great deal.
I got one of the Asus Bamboo laptops that can be found on Amazon - http://www.amazon.com/U43JC-X1-14-Inch-Bamboo-Laptop-Battery/dp/B003V4AK4I/ref=sr_1_1?s=gateway&ie=UTF8&qid=1284850203&sr=8-1 - partially because of the free stuff it came with!
It came with a Netgear Push2TV wireless adapter, a $99 value. If I had an HDtv, I could play anything from my laptop on my TV!
It also came with a $150 Amazon Gift Card! I didn't believe it until it arrived!
I figured with the new computer and a new year (my birthday was this week), I would give the site a new look, but I'd keep the blog the same. Hopefully you like it, I did it mainly because of the navigation would be much easier, and also, something happened to the site. I've been working forever on it to get everything working, but I plan on publishing the site late tonight.
I'm also starting a new outlook. It's not really all that new, but it has been something I've strayed away from, and I'm going to call it "Class Act." I use to be kind of a class act until my recall back into the government, and I really hate myself for not keeping it up. This year will definitely be the best year of my life. I'm going to have to make something of it because I'm nearing 30 and I really don't have anything physical to show for it
