Funny Factor:  67 of 69 (I think this is in part of my expectations were pretty low, but still, HILARIOUS!)
Favorite Line:  "What's the smartest thing to ever come out of a woman's mouth?"

10.  Katt Williams



Album:  It's Pimpin' Pimpin'
Funny Factor:  63 of 69 (I think I like him a lot more when I can see him for some reason)
Favorite Line:  "Just think about poor little Tink Tink..."

11.  Whitney Cummings



Album:  Emotional Ninja
Funny Factor:  61 of 69 (I'm so going to get to date this lady some day)
Favorite Line:  "I actually read an article called 'How to Turn On Your Guy'..........he's a guy."
