Three Fiber Bars Reviewed
I found myself at the store the other day, looking for granola bars. I was trying to decide on the Fiber bars, so I thought I'd buy the three big ones and put them head to head in my first ever Fiber Munch Challenge!
I tried my best to get the flavors together (chocolate peanut butter), but Fiber One fell a bit short (Oats and Chocolate).

Fiber One

Quaker Fiber & Omega-3
Fiber: 9g (35%)
Taste: 35
Calories: 150
Fat: 5g
Protein: 3g
Carbs: 25g
Vitamins/Minerals: ALA Omega-3 - 20%
Each has their own perks. My personal choice would be the Kellogg's, though, due to taste and extra vitamins/minerals in it. The midgrade would be the Fiber One - good traits across the board, but you can't count out the Quaker...it has that Omega-3, which is awesome for your heart!!
While I am on a budget, I'll probably stick with Fiber One (you can get the value packs with them, haven't seen them for the other two), but of course I'll get whatever is on sale, haha. I plan on cycling in the Quaker every now and again, but the Kellogg will be in my mouth when it is able!
I can already feel my stomach burbling. Now I get to be on the toilet for the next 24 hours, haha. Hurrah for 105% DV of fiber!!!
