The New Year's Resolutioins

If you check the Event for the Month page on my site - www.sadplayer.com -, you will find my New Year's Resolutions (same ones listed as below).  I threw them on my blog so some could see, but if you wish to follow the progress, I will put updates on the E4M page throughout the year.

1.  As mostly everyone does, I am putting a goal to lose weight this year...except this year, I'm making it for life.  I want to get in excellent shape...almost super human shape!  Here are some supplemental goals for this Resolution:

A.  Be able to do that ninja/Shawn Michaels kick up to feet from on the ground thing.
B.  Run a mile in under 6:30
C.  Be able to curl a 50lb. dumbbell 10 times with each arm.

2.  I currently have Rosetta Stone:  Russian, and I want to get very proficient at it.  When I am taking the lessons, I learn a lot, but as with any language, proficiency comes with repetition.  I would love to have all 3 levels completed by the Fall.

3.  Shoot 3 film projects.

4.  Get a credit card and build up some credit.

5.  Play more tennis.  Every so often, I'll get in to a volley where I swear I feel like I'm a professional tennis player.  I want to get this to be more common.

6.  240 hours of  video game time!  Yeah, that's right, 10 full days!  Video games are my little escape from reality, and thanks to Steam and they're huge sales they've had in the last couple months, I have a virtual stockpile of games I can use!

7.  Pick out a Roulette Table that I will have for my place when I get one.  I love Roulette, and I just think it would be cool to have a professional Roulette Table chillin' at the house.  They're expensive, I'm sure, so I'll start a savings fund for a Roulette Wheel.

8.  Spread more awareness about how much the army has gone down the toilet and how the federal government is trying to own you.

9.  Let people know the truth about Troy Yocum.  Long story short, this guy is attempting to accept charitable donations from hardworking citizens so he can raise money for Military Families in Financial Need.  At first, I was like, "OK, whatever," but when I found out that the Mayor of Louisville, KY proclaimed August 9th, 2009 "SPC Troy Yocum Day," something suspicious is being done.  For more info, see my page on him.

10.  Go to at least two more WWE Events

11.  Become a better actor.  I so such in front of a camera for some reason...just need more practice.

12.  International Travel.

A.  See The Hives somewhere overseas
B.  Visit The Ukraine/Russia
C.  England
D.  Australia

13.  Last but not least, become a better stranger, friend, and family member.  This holiday season did show me one thing for sure - I've become a little bit more of a recluse than I have been in most of my new life.  Things have been better over the last week, and I plan on improving that.  I've been a TERRIBLE pen pal, though!!!  I don't think I've sent off a letter in two months!
