Kicking The Holiday Eating Traditions in the Face!!
Summary: Mostly everyone gets fat or puts on weight from Thanksgiving through New Years. I wanted to kick those habits in the face and run away a champ!
Outcome: Bonk. I mean, I did add more muscle mass to my body, but just being at home this year was tough!! So much good food all around, especially from December 24th and on. I plan on keeping this even around for each December, so stay tuned!! Next year, it won't be as nasty!

The Vitamin and Mineral Surplus
Summary: I took Vitalabs' "Super Vitamin
Pack" everyday this month, wondering if it would improve on my health.
Outcome: I can honestly say that this whole month I have felt physically pretty stupendous...especially since I had to be up by 6 A.M. or earlier everyday this month (and I am NOT a morning person!)
