**As if I'm going to blog about 9/11 when the rest of the world is doing it.

With my biking venture on the distant horizon, I figured I'd better switch up my eating habits a little bit.  And here's how I plan on doing it!


              These are the four Smoothies of my choice

Each bottle costs about $3.83 at Wal-Mart and is loaded with 100% juice.  There are four servings per bottle.

My favorite, Green Goodness, is loaded with all sorts of good stuff...apples, kiwis, mangos, bananas, pineapple, and dragon fruit!!  The Carrot Juice, which, in one bottle, has a whopping 2800% of your daily Vitamin A needs, is definitely not the best tasting to me, but that is why I chase it wish some Strawberry Banana :0

Every morning, when I wake up, I'll usually take a mouth full of each.  Throughout the day, whenever I would normally snack on something, I'll usually now just end up taking a swig of two of the juices.  Feels so much better
