Ode to My Old Juke

About a week ago, I had to replace my old cell phone, the Samsung Juke.  It was a SAD moment indeed, and here I'd like to show you that it is a GREAT phone if that is all you are looking for.

First off, it is small.  Just look how small it is next to my grizzled face!!!

Unfortunately, it is so small, sometimes it is easy to lose, haha.  Girls were always so fascinated by its tiny size...labeling it so "cute"!

Second, it does what it is suppose to - make phone calls.  That is the purpose of a cell phone, and that is what it does.  On top of that, though, it also is capable of text messaging, picture and video messaging, and it even has a camera on it!

The big seller for the phone, though, was its music player capability.  It could hold two gigabytes worth of music.  It also had a pretty high quality speaker on it for the size of the phone, and it came with headphones that also doubled as a microphone.  If you were listening to music, you could set it to automatically answer, and then when the other party hung up, it would automatically go back in to the music.  Quite awesome.

The big downside to it was its tiny keypad, which was TERRIBLE for drunk texting!! Just ask anyone I've drunk texted in the last 2 years, hahahaaah!!!

On a scale of 1 to 69, I rate the Juke a 64 in terms of just plain 'ol cell phone importance   I replaced it with the LG VX11000 enV Touch though...haha.  After playing with the enV Touch for about a week, the Juke's rating probably drops down to about a 48 out of 69!!  Then again, if you configure the prices of the phones...the Juke probably jumps back up to 61!!!!
